The ncRPheno platform version 2.0 contains 482,751 non-redundant associations between 14494 ncRNAs and 3210 disease phenotypes across 11 species from 25642 publications. The numbers of associations included in the ncRPheno version 2.0 are approximately 4.64-fold of those in the ncRPheno version 1.0. Moreover, compared with the version 1.0, the version 2.0 offers extra applications for further analysis and visualization on the association data, including ncRNA prioritization, network visualization, disease-tree visualization and word-cloud visualization.

The ncRPheno platform version 1.0 contains 103,932 non-redundant associations between 12,447 ncRNAs and 1,998 disease phenotypes with supporting evidence in publications. ncRPheno provides search, browse, RESTful Web service APIs and data download applications.
