In current version, piRPheno provides 1901 non-redundant associations between 555 piRNAs and 55 diseases. 614 of the associations were manually curated from 42 publications and 1287 of the associations were derived from the curated associations by using the Experimental Factor Ontology (EFO) parent-child relationships.
